TriStar District provides Scouting, Venturing, and Exploring programs in the communities of Des Plaines, Park Ridge, Rosemont, Schiller Park, Franklin Park, Northlake, River Grove, Elmwood Park, Dunning, Norridge, Harwood Heights, Norwood Park, Edison Park, Niles, Morton Grove, Skokie, and Lincolnwood. As a district we support our local units by providing leadership and support in critical functions around Membership, Program, Advancement, Training, Finance, and Commissioning. TriStar District Roundtable is held the second Tuesday of the month and starts at 7:30pm. We meet at St. Andrews Lutheran Church and School (260 N. Northwest Hwy, Park Ridge). The Order of the Arrow has their monthly Chapter meeting at the same time and location. All registered leaders and parents are welcome to attend Roundtable.
Roundtable consists of a general session that focuses on announcements and district highlights, followed by breakout sessions for Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA where leaders can interact, share best practices, and learn new information to improve their Scouting programs.
Today with your help, the Boy Scouts of America will continue to motivate young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime. Your gift will ensure that over 20,000 youth will have the opportunity to experience all that Scouting has to offer.
