Calumet District

The “United for All in Scouting” Calumet District is a grand example of Scouting in Action.  Since May 2020 (yes, during that 2020),  the Crossroads and Nishnabec Districts leadership teamed up to create a district that spans over 30 Communities, from Orland Park to Homewood.  From Lansing to Matteson, and from Oak Forest to Beecher.

Our adult volunteer leadership team is consistently striving to provide the most  “Fun, Engaging Creative, and Challenging ” District lead activities. From our Zoom Klondikes that took viewer to Alaska for a portion of the event.  Or the Fall Camporee that was “Live” and interactive “Real-Time”.  Even our own “Merit Badge Academy” to assure that all Scouts had a chance for advancement.  Scouting for ALL, ALWAYS, here in “ONE CALUMET” District.
