All rental prices are PER DAY (24hr period max). Guests will be checked in and out of the facility by a camp representative, any damage will be noted, and directly charged to group responsible for damage. All usage subject to $1 per/person fee based on estimated attendance at time of reservation. Reservations period is one calendar year January to December, and reservations will open the preceding January 1 to Council/District events, February 1 to Scouting units in the PTAC, March 1 to all Scouting units, and April 1 to all groups. Rentals where the sole focus of the rental is to provide service projects to camp, (such as an OA service weekend, staff association service weekend, etc) from an approved service project list, may be requested at no charge to the Director of Outdoor Adventure.
